Outreach

Aging comes with complex challenges, and no senior should have to navigate them alone. Our Outreach Program, offered in partnership through The Way In Network, provides personalized, one-on-one support to help seniors access the services they need to remain safe, independent, and connected. Calgary Seniors’ Outreach Program specifically serves older adults in Northeast and Northern Southeast Calgary, ensuring that vulnerable seniors in these areas have access to dedicated support.

Our Outreach Social Workers meet seniors where they are—in their homes, in the community, or over the phone—helping them overcome barriers to essential resources. Whether it’s assistance with benefits applications, housing support, elder abuse intervention, caregiver resources, or case management, we take a compassionate, problem-solving approach to ensure that seniors receive the help they need.

Through The Way In Network, we streamline access to vital services, ensuring seniors and their families don’t have to navigate complex systems alone. From connecting with volunteer supports to offering Commissioner for Oaths services, we provide a holistic, senior-centered approach to aging well in the community.
