SeniorConnect provides an urgent response for seniors facing an emergency or acute need. Sometimes life throws us curve balls and we don’t always know where to turn. SeniorConnect helps navigate a complex system to find a clear path through crisis.
Outreach provides longer-term support to help seniors navigate life transitions. Sometimes the challenges older adults face require ongoing advocacy and supportive counselling to help them continue living independently in their homes and community. Outreach works with seniors to help meet their goals and not just survive, but thrive.
Seniors Social Supports connects seniors to volunteers who provide one-time urgent
support such as a ride to a medical appointment or longer-term support to meet ongoing needs such as a shopping companion or a friendly check-in. We all need a sense of connection, and Seniors Social Supports helps provide that.
